Scientist have recently discovered that there Is running water on mars. This is because there are frozen ice caps on the North and South Pole of mars and during the summer some of the ice has melted. Because of this discovery there are rumors saying that by 2030 we could be sending people to mars.

“I think it’s very cool that we found water on mars, but I herd that there where minerals and other things in the water and that would make it hard to use,” freshmen Brook Thompson said.

The water on mars a very important discovery, but it would be hard to make it drinkable and would take time and money to do so.

“I like the idea of sending people to mars now that we found water, but I think 2030 may be too soon. It takes about a year and a half just to get there and they would need lots of equipment,” junior Paiton Price said.

Now that they have found water they need to start planning on how to get there. It takes lots of time to plan for this the launch must be at the right time so that it is a straight shot to mars and so that they get there in summer. The discovery of water on mars is amazing, but it’s going to take tome to get people there.
