Liberty Nutrition also known as “Lib Nut” is commonly known as a small located in Liberty Landing Shop Center. Lib nut is a tea shop that sells different flavors of health teas as well as protein shakes. over the span of a couple years Liberty Nutrition has grown from a small business to a booming drink place that most students attending Liberty North think of as their go-to drink stop. “I love Lib Nut, I personally go every Friday and my usual go-to is the baby bottle pop which was newly released on game days, but since it is no longer being given out on random day I like to get Freedom.” sophomore Sawyer Hennigh said.

Liberty Nutrition is known for their speciality teas such as “Freedom” or “Pineapple Refresher” but they have many seasonal drinks like the holiday menus and the game-day specialties. Along with the rise in popularity they have gained a following of over 3,500, attracted students and family across the Kansas City area. Liberty Nutrition also is affiliated with Liberty North, and helps with fundraising help by clubs in the school, for example… kindness club and the adopt a family project which is being supported by Liberty Nutrition by donating funds to help the club, they even created the “Adopt a Family” menu. “A lot of my money has been spent on Liberty Nutrition I really just can’t help it. I go their for all different reasons but I also am a member of kindness club so being able to help people while also enjoying my favorite drinks is great for me and my friends. my personal favorite is pineapple refresher!” sophomore Payton Lutz said.
