Union Station has decorated for Christmas for many years. The entire building is covered in lights, trees, and everything Christmas-related.
“If I could describe Christmas at Union Station in one word I think it would be fantastic, because of all the lights that they put on there, especially with how big and spacious the whole place is. With all the glittering and gleaming lights there, it feels honestly magical,” sophomore Jude
Kelly said.
Union Station not only has tons of decorations but also many options for places to eat.
“When I go there for Christmas I like to look at all the decorations and lights or go to get food, my favorite is Fritz’s, they have amazing burgers,” sophomore Jenna Malgona said.
Union Station is not only beautiful during Christmas, but it is also a fun and interactive place to visit for all ages.
Christmas at Union Station has made its way into many family traditions.
“Almost every Christmas my family goes and takes pictures around the trees,” freshman Kate
Hiser said.
“My family and I go to Union Station for the holiday event that they do, and it just happens to work out that it always starts around the time of my daughter’s birthday. So we go on her birthday and see all the lights and Santa’s there, and they love looking at the train exhibit. Usually on the same day, we’ll walk across the skywalk to Crown Center and go check that out as well.” counselor Lauren
