Liberty Fall Festival

The liberty fall fest takes place every year, usually a few days after the official start of fall. The festival started on Friday the 24th, at 11 am, the festival ended on Sunday the 26th at 4 pm. Liberty’s annual fall fest is something that the whole family could enjoy. They’ve got some amazing shops and food to choose from. While I was there me and my family saw ax throwing, chalk art contests, flower shops, and handmade art. The food at liberty fall fest is something you don’t want to miss out on, they had everything from turkey legs to taco trucks, and don’t even get me started on the desserts. I enjoyed a snow cone while walking around the shops but other people had their eyes on the delicious funnel cakes.

At 12pm the carnival officially opened up and everyone could go grab their tickets, $32.00 for 25 tickets or $1.00 apiece, Each ride takes 4 tickets. Parking at the festival and general admission were both free, so you can save your money to ride the Ferris wheel. I hope everyone there got a chance to check out the super cool parade. My favorite part was seeing Liberty North’s marching band perform while walking the parade route. If you didn’t get a chance to enjoy the fall festival this weekend, I highly recommend attending next year’s event.
